The Athena Tissue Culture Procedure reinvigorates old genetics and cleans plant material to outgrow infections like hop latent viroid (HLV) in order to store and preserve all your cultivars in a very small space. 

Culture Kit includes everything you need to learn and perform effective tissue culture anywhere you are. The portable Flow Hood and Autoclave are purpose built to perform consistent and clean tissue culture operations. An integrated toolbox contains all the tools, instruments and tissue culture media to make 120 Culture Vessels (refills available).

The custom-made filters fit perfectly into Flow Hood. Replacement interval depends on usage and cleanliness of work environment–typically lifespan is about 6 months. If you start to experience unusual culture contamination it may be a sign that your filters need to be replaced.

Media culture use Instructions:

Tear open sachet and pour entire contents into Mixing Vessel

1. Fill with RO water to 125ml
2. Shake vigorously entire fully dissolved
3. Sterilize in Athena Autoclave
4. Pour into Culture Vessels or Utility Vessels
5. Insert plant material into media

Note: Perform all steps under Athena Flow Hood to maintain a sterile environment.
