BioSafe SaniDate 5.0 Sanitizer & Disinfectant is an effective hard surface and equipment sanitizer and disinfectant.  It can be used for use in greenhouses and the growing of edible plants. Effective against plant and human health pathogens it provides immediate pathogen control on food-contact hard surfaces, equipment and processing water. This alternative to chlorine is not pH dependent and leaves no residue on produce that will affect taste or quality. Can also be used in the treatment of irrigation water and evaporative coolers.

Effective against the following pathogens:

  • Escherichia coli (E. coli)
  • Staphylococcus aureus
  • Pseudomonas aeruginosa
  • Salmonella enterica
  • Gram positive and gram negative bacteria
  • Human Coronavirus
SaniDate 5.0 works through an oxidation chemical reaction that kills bacteria and fungus. More specifically, SaniDate 5.0 reacts on contact with the enzymes and proteins that make up simple cell organisms such as animal and human health pathogens. The ideal solution for controlling plant and human health pathogens on a variety of hard, non-porous surfaces such as floors, tables, benches, tools, equipment, restrooms, and more; giving peace of mind to management, staff, and customers.
