DAB ESYBOX MAX 60/120 Pump

The DAB ESYBOX MAX 60/120 Pump is an integrated water booster pumping system for water pressurization in Commercial Irrigation applications. Available in two power sizes, the ESYBOX MAX consists of modular elements that allow different configurations to cover the needs of the application.

The pumping unit features a vertical multistage electronic pump, a display, a Wi-Fi module, pressure sensors, a non-return valve on the delivery side, and an integrated expansion tank. Wireless communication between pumps simplifies setup, while the variable frequency drive maintains constant pressure and the water-cooled permanent magnet motor ensures high efficiency and energy savings. The system's large display and DConnect compatibility provide convenient access to configuration and monitoring both locally and remotely.

The DAB ESYBOX MAX requires a ESYDOCK MAX Docking Station. Select from SINGLE, DOUBLE or TRIPLE . Use the Double and Triple, to combined multiple pumps into a single pump system.  Multiple pumps are connected to the piping system using the docking station, allowing for easy on-site assembly and seamless integration.

• Water-cooled permanent magnet motor, stainless steel motor jacket. Motor shaft in AISI 303 stainless steel.
• The variable frequency drive keeps the pressure constant by varying the number of motor revolutions according to the request.
• The expansion module (esy I/O, available as an accessory) makes it possible to interface ESYBOX MAX with the other elements of the system (BMS).
  Integrated protections: protection from dry running, amperometric and abnormal voltages, overheating, freezing, anti-blocking and anti-cycling.
• ESYBOX MAX is the most compact and integrated booster set available on the market compared with any traditional solution.

Liquid Quality Requirements: Clean, free from solid or abrasive substances, non-viscous, non-aggressive, non-crystallized, and chemically neutral.
