North Spore Boomr Bags Sterilized Manure Substrate – Bulk Box

North Spore Boomr Bags contain North Spore’s specially formulated mix of composted horse manure, coco coir, and North Spore’s proprietary blend of high-quality substrate supplements, carefully designed to help dung-loving mushroom species achieve maximum yields. 

Each Boomr Bag is sterilized in a commercial-grade autoclave to preserve your sterile work space. Sterility is verified using biological indicators and temperature sensors.

Use Boomr Bag in monotubs, filter bags, and outdoor beds. Or, grow mushrooms from the bag or tray in a humidity-controlled grow room or “Martha”-style mid size grow chamber. Boomr Bags should be stored out of direct sunlight at room temperatures, and can be stored for several months before use.

Spawn to bulk ratio: Recommended mix is 1 colonized grain spawn bag per 2-3 Boomr Bags.

Use clean hands, or wear gloves and sterile technique when using Boomr Bag to reduce the introduction of contaminants. Be sure to mix colonized grain spawn thoroughly into your substrate. 

It is best practice to wait a minimum of 1 week after arrival before using sterile substrates to ensure they were not compromised during transit. Rest assured that your purchase is 100% guaranteed. If your substrate was compromised, North Spore will replace it.
