Staal Plast Polystyrene Glue has been specially designed for hydroponic tray systems as an industrial-grade adhesive. It consists of High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) material which is used to produced the trays – this ensures a perfect material integration for assembly and repair. It deeply bonds with tray surfaces of the same material, creating a fully cured structure. This type of compatibility greatly improves retention on hydroponic systems, inhibiting leaks, cracks and warping. Use for Active Aqua and IGE grow trays assembly and repair. 

  • Each 300 ml glue is good for approximately 19-feet of tray connections
  • Use breathing protection, goggles and gloves during installation
  • Glue must dry at 68°F for 48-72 hours, lower temps will increase drying time
  • Do not use the glued trays until all connections are completely hardened
  • Do not over apply
